Fmoc-Ala Manufacturing Process

Using L-Alanine as a raw material, an organic phase mixed solvent was added to an alkaline aqueous solution system. Fluorene methyloxycarbonyl acylation reagent was added in batches under controlled temperature, and the reaction was carried out under light-protected stirring until fully induced. The reaction solution was acidified to precipitate a solid, which was then extracted and washed with water to remove water-soluble impurities. The organic phase was dried and concentrated, purified by solvent recrystallization, filtered, and dried at low temperature to obtain a high-purity acylated protected amino acid intermediate.

Mechanism of action of FMOC-Ala-OH
