2) Add 150 g of anhydrous ethanol to a 500 ml clean reaction bottle, add 46 g of CBZ-L-valacyclovir, 8.1 g of formic acid and 2.4 g of sodium formate with stirring, add 2.9 g of palladium-polyethyleneimine after dissolution, raise the temperature to 70°C, add about 10.6 g of 0.1 mol hydrochloric acid solution to the filtrate to adjust the pH value to 5.2, slowly add about 94 g of 95% ethanol to the crystallization bottle until it becomes turbid, grow the crystal for 30 min, continue to add dropwise, grow the crystal for 1 h, filter, wash the filter cake with an appropriate amount of 95% ethanol, and dry to obtain 35.7 g of the product with a yield of 77.6% and a product content of 99.2%.
