At the microcirculation level, inositol hexa-3-pyridinecarboxylate can specifically dilate blood vessels in damaged or cold-stimulated areas, helping to improve peripheral blood circulation, and also has certain effects of promoting fibrinolysis and assisting in anticoagulation.
