Step (1): Hydrolysis: Pump the carboxyl starch liquid into the hydrolysis tank, steam heat it to 100℃, and yellow smoke and water vapor will come out. Step (2): Add glacial acetic acid 1.8 times the amount of starch feed to the concentrate, esterify at room temperature for 16-24h, cool to 0-5℃ for crystallization, filter, and get the crude glucuronic acid lactone. Place the crude product and distilled water in a refining tank, heat, and stir continuously to make them completely dissolved, add activated carbon for decolorization, add ethanol, stir evenly, filter by suction, cool the filtrate to 0-5°C, leave for 16 hours, filter, wash the filter cake once with anhydrous ethanol, spin dry, and dry below 80°C to obtain the fine glucurone lactone.
