Then, multi-stage gradient recrystallization was carried out using methanol and methyl tert-butyl ether as solvents to remove isomers, residual intermediates, and various byproducts. The resulting high-purity crystalline powder was obtained after low-temperature vacuum drying. The entire production process utilized HPLC to control the reaction conversion rate at each step. For some high-end samples, a new microchannel continuous flow process was used to shorten the reaction cycle. After passing quality inspection, the refined product was packaged and stored in a temperature-controlled, light-protected environment. The HPLC purity of the obtained product remained consistently above 99%. All raw materials were used exclusively for research purposes.
