FAMP

Fludarabine Phosphate Powder can improve the remission rate of disease by promoting the apoptosis of tumor cells. Its pro-apoptotic pathway is mainly achieved by regulating the following pathways: death receptor pathway, mitochondrial pathway, P53, ceramide, BCL-2 family and some apoptosis promoters and inhibitors. Fludarabine phosphate for the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Fludarabine Phosphate is converted into F-ara-ATP within the cell and then bound to DNA in its own restricted way.

Fludarabine phosphate is rapidly dephosphorylated to fludarabine phosphate, which can be taken up by cells and then phosphorylated by intracellular deoxycytidine kinase to become the active triphosphate 2F-ara-ATP. The metabolite can inhibit DNA synthesis by inhibiting nucleotide reductase, DNA polymerase α, δ and Σ, DNA primer enzymes and DNA ligase.
