What is the preparation method for Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate?
(1) adding vitamin C, anhydrous calcium chloride, and deionized water in a mass ratio of 1: (0.08-0.4): (1-5) into a reaction kettle with a temperature of-10-20 C, stirring for 2-3 hours, dropwise adding 30-70% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, adjusting the PH to 5-10.5, and then adding 1
(2) adding vitamin C ester calcium into a drum cleaner for washing with water, and then adjusting the PH to 1.5-3.5 with sulfuric acid to obtain vitamin C phosphate;
(3) carrying out nanofiltration membrane filtration on vitamin C phosphate through a roll nanofiltration membrane filter, wherein the temperature at the inlet of the roll nanofiltration membrane filter is 120-140 DEG C and the temperature at the outlet of the roll nanofiltration membrane filter is 30-50 DEG C; Nanofiltration membrane has nanometer pore size, the molecular weight cut-off of nanofiltration membrane is 500~1500, and the roll nanofiltration membrane filter has a high removal rate of inorganic salts, with the removal rate of 90~98%.
(4) adding the filtrate filtered in step (3) into a reaction kettle, eluting with 0.05M hydrochloric acid and 0.5 m-1.5 m hydrochloric acid in turn by weakly basic anion exchange resin, collecting the eluted part, adjusting the PH of the eluted part to 7-11 with magnesium oxide under constant stirring, and obtaining vitamin C phosphate magnesium;
(5) filtering the magnesium vitamin C phosphate with an activated carbon filter to remove the precipitate, concentrating the filtrate at 30°C under reduced pressure to one-fifth of the original volume, adding 95% ethanol whose volume is 3-6 times that of the concentrated filtrate, and then drying by spray drier at a drying temperature of 140-160 C for 30-40 min to obtain the finished product of magnesium vitamin C phosphate.
