Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)-Treatment of erosive reflux esophagitis.
Long-term maintenance treatment to prevent relapse in patients with cured esophagitis.
Symptom control of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
Heartburn and combined with appropriate antibacterial therapy to eradicate gastric and duodenal ulcers caused by Helicobacter pylori.
Step (1): omeprazole is added to a mixed solution of anhydrous ethanol and sodium hydroxide and stirred for 2 to 3 hours, disodium hydrogen phosphate is added and stirred for 1 to 1.5 hours, the reaction solution is evaporated to dryness, and acetone is used for crystallization to obtain intermediate 1 omeprazole sodium; the molar ratio of disodium hydrogen phosphate to omeprazole is 1:0.1 to 2; Step (2): isopropyl titanium and D-tartrate diethyl ester are added to the intermediate 1 omeprazole sodium obtained in step (1) under stirring, reacted for 1 to 2 hours, evaporated to dryness to obtain intermediate 2 omeprazole sodium complex;
Step (3): Add solvent A, triethylamine and S-mandelic acid to the intermediate 2 omeprazole sodium complex prepared in step (2), stir and react for 8 to 10 hours, filter and obtain the intermediate 3 esomeprazole sodium complex, wherein the solvent A is selected from any one of ethanol, acetone or isopropanol or a mixture of more than one; step (4): add an inorganic base, solvent B and purified water to the intermediate 3 esomeprazole sodium complex prepared in step (3), stir for 2 hours, separate the layers, acidify the alkaline water layer, extract with solvent B, dry, and evaporate to dryness under reduced pressure to obtain the intermediate 4 esomeprazole crude product.
