Bucladesine

Bucladesine Sodium is a white to off-white powder with a special odor and hygroscopicity. It is a protein kinase activator. It has the effects of enhancing cardiac contractility, reducing peripheral vascular resistance, promoting insulin secretion, reducing plasma free fatty acids and inorganic phosphorus, and having a diuretic effect during shock.

Bucladesine Sodium can induce a range of cardiovascular side effects. It may cause hypotension (low blood pressure) due to its vasodilatory effects. This can lead to symptoms such as dizziness, lightheadedness, and fainting, particularly when changing positions quickly. In some cases, the drug might also cause tachycardia (increased heart rate) as a compensatory mechanism for hypotension. Patients with pre-existing cardiovascular conditions should be monitored closely when using Bucladesine Sodium.
