Step 1: synthesize hhislys (TFA) obn HCl.

The first step of generating Capixyl：Add 300ml DMF, 97.5g bochisoh, 140.9g hlys (TFA) obn HCl and 51.6g HOBT into a 3L three-necked bottle, stir and dissolve, keep the internal temperature at 0.5℃, add 144.9g HBTU, then drop 77.3g NMM, and continue the reaction at the internal temperature of 25℃. After the reaction was detected by HPLC, water 10 times the volume of DMF was added to the reaction solution to precipitate a large number of white solids, which were filtered and washed twice with water. The filter cake was dissolved in ethyl acetate, dried by adding anhydrous magnesium sulfate, filtered, the internal temperature of the filtrate was kept at 0.5℃, HCl gas was introduced, and then the ethyl acetate was concentrated at the external temperature of 45℃ to obtain 167.9g white powder with a yield of 86.9%.

Step 2: synthesize aclys (TFA) glyoh.

The second step of generating Capixyl：Add 300ml DMF, 85. 7g ACLYS (TFA) OH, 50. 5g HGLYOTBU HCl and 40.7g HOBT into a 2L three-necked bottle, stir at room temperature, then add 114.3g HBTU, keep the internal temperature at 05 degrees, and drop 61g NMM, and react at 2530 degrees. After the reaction was detected by HPLC, 500ml of ethyl acetate was added to the reaction solution, then washed with saturated sodium bicarbonate for three times, 10% citric acid for three times, saturated sodium chloride for one time, dried with anhydrous magnesium sulfate and filtered. The internal temperature of the filtrate was kept at 0.5℃, and then concentrated at 45℃ to dry, and 90g white solid was obtained.

Step 3: synthesize aclys glyhislys OBN.

The third step of generating Capixyl：Add 400ml acetonitrile, 86. 3 g aclys glyoh, 127. 9 g hhislys obn HCl and 34 .2g HOBT into a 2L three-necked bottle, stir and dissolve, then add 95 .9g HTBU, keep the internal temperature at 05℃ and drop 51 .1g NMM, and react at 25℃ after dropping. After the reaction was detected by HPLC, the reaction solution was concentrated at an external temperature of 45 degrees, then saturated sodium bicarbonate solution was added to the reaction solution, and after beating for about 3 hours, suction filtration was performed, and the filter cake was dried at an external temperature of 50 degrees. Then it was dissolved in 100ml methanol, and methyl tert-butyl ether was added dropwise for turbidity, and the internal temperature was kept at 50 degrees for about 12 hours. After suction filtration, the filter cake was dried to obtain 165g white needle-like solid with a yield of 82.3%.
