What is Tungsten VI Chloride ?

Step 1: Pretreatment of raw materials. Screen or sintering to obtain large-particle tungsten pow (> 75um), raising that temperature to 600-1000 DEG C, and dehydrating and deoxidizing the screen large-particle activated carbon (> 75um) at high temperature.
Step 2: rough tungsten hexachloride. Tungsten hexachloride and tungsten chloride impurities generated by the reaction of large particle tungsten powder with chemical gas flow out through the gas outlet in the form of steam.
Step 4: Condensing and receiving. The refined steam enters the receiver, and the temperature of cooling water is controlled at 30-250℃ to obtain high-purity Tungsten VI Chloride powder, and the tail gas is discharged.
Step 5: Tail gas treatment. The tail gas is absorbed by the solution in the tail gas absorption tank, and the purified tail gas is discharged up to the standard.
