What is the pharmacological activity of Riociguat?
Pulmonary hypertension (PAH) and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) are progressive and debilitating diseases, which are characterized by the gradual obstruction of pulmonary vascular system, leading to the increase of pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP) and pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR).
