4) Patients at high risk of symptomatic bradycardia or heart block due to a coexisting medical condition or concurrent medication use continuous ECG monitoring overnight
5) Patients with prolonged QTc interval at baseline or observation period, or those taking drugs with known risk of tip twist ventricular tachycardia, should be monitored overnight with continuous ECG monitoring
