Thidiazuron is mainly used as cotton defoliant, and can also be used for defoliation of apple trees, grape trees, hibiscus, beans, beans, peanuts and other crops. How to synthesize Thidiazuron?

|
Starting from Diethyl carbonate, it was synthesized through five steps of reaction including hydrazinolysis, addition, cyclization, amination, and ammonolysis: equimolar Diethyl carbonate was stirred with HHS at room temperature for 1 hour, left overnight, and excess water and Ethanol were evaporated under reduced pressure. After post-treatment, Ethyl hydrazinoacetate hydrochloride was obtained with a yield of 91.25%; Then add ethyl hydrazinoacetate hydrochloride to deionized water droplets and add it to a CHLD (treated with diatomaceous earth and deionized water) solution at a temperature of 0-5 ℃. Recrystallize with deionized water, and the product yield is 74.45% to obtain ethyl 2-chloroethylhydrazinecarboxylate; Add the product from the previous step to Thionyl chloride, react at room temperature for 2 hours, add 400mL of saturated sodium carbonate solution dropwise, then steam distill, extract the aqueous layer with an extractant, and obtain 5-Chloro-1,2,3-thiadiazole with a yield of 46%; Add the solvent again, pass ammonia for 4 hours, evaporate the solvent under reduced pressure, dissolve the residue in deionized water, and extract with a yield of 71.3% to obtain 5-Amino-1,2,3-thiadiazole; The above product reacted with PL in the presence of solvent and Triethylamine to obtain Thidiazuron, which can be recrystallized in 1-Propanol with a yield of 31.21% |
