When the value of Bcl-2/Bax decreased, Bax formed homodimer and induced apoptosis. The main mechanism of Hup A against organophosphate poisoning is that Hup A binds to acetylcholinesterase reversibly before administration in advance, thus preventing the irreversible combination of organophosphorus compounds with acetylcholinesterase.
