What are the effects of Dasatinib?
In vitro studies show that 99% Purity Dasatinib Powder is the substrate of CYP3A4.
Co-administration of dasatinib with drugs that strongly inhibit CYP3A4 can increase the exposure of dasatinib. Therefore, systemic administration of strong CYP3A4 inhibitors is not recommended in patients treated with it. According to the results of in vitro experiments, its binding rate with plasma protein is about 96% at clinically relevant concentrations.
